Truly, I'm not certain what I should write here. I'm a 46 year old woman that used to be in great shape. I was very active and because of my activity level, I really could eat anything and keep the weight off. Fast forward many years, several major injuries, inherited illnesses and my own failings and you now have what I am now, which is too big for my own good. I'm trying to make changes to my life to improve my health and my attitude.
