My highest weight was 215 and now I weigh 188. I am looking towards the goal of 125-140, so have 50 to 65 more pounds to go. I am 5 feet high and am looking forward to female friends here.

6 months steady now ready to lose more
In January, I got down to 180 pounds. Plus minus 2 pounds maintaining for 6 months. Any suggestions on how to beat the plateau? I eat and drink only 1300 calories a day with about 20% protein, 40% fat and 40% carbs. I do very little exercise, except cooking, cleaning, doing dishes, letting the pets in and out, crocheting and typing on the computer for about 10 hours, with 9 hours for sleep and the rest resting. My personal food budget is $160 per month, so I eat lots of peanut butter, rice, noodles and beans(not all per day). I allow one soda or one energy drink per day and drink 6 cups of water and 6 cups of tea daily. Also, I eat jello, canned fruits, greek yogurt and cottage cheese with fruit (not all in one day). I can't have pork, citrus fruits, raw fruits, raw veggies, beets and have to limit beef. My goal weight is 140, so I am halfway there. I am just 5 feet tall. Any suggestions would be helpful.

24+ hours awake
I am trying to reset my inner clock from sleeping during the day to sleeping at night. I got up at 9pm yesterday, stayed up all night and day. Going to go to bed at midnight and hopefully get up at 9am. I found it difficult to diet, but stayed on track. I had some pickle slices, pickled jalapeno and a slice of cheese for dinner at 8 pm. Just going to have home brewed tea without sugar nor creamer for the rest of the night. For exercise, I typed on the computer in spurts for 24 hours in a row, entering sweepstakes and visiting on a game chat, and did some easy yoga.

Hubby is very supportive. I made us grands biscuits and had 2 today. He ate 5, so good for his appetite. He usually eats less than me overall. Going to wait for tomorrow to make plain white cake without frosting. I made white tea brewed in the coffeepot and used a mix for sweet and sour lemon tea, so we have choices. I love tea, and drink it about as much as water (6 cups each).

Has anyone else stayed up for more than 24 hours? If so, how well did you stick to your diet? What did you do for exercise?

July 3 post op
Feeling better, and no pain after surgery. I lost 3 more pounds by not eating more than 300 calories for 2 days then 1300-1400 calories on third day rotation. Met with nutritionist and got good feedback on what I am doing.

June 5 Cancer
I got diagnosed with breast cancer on the left side and have been experiencing pain there ever since. I know my diet will be affected, so I am going to see a dietiction. Anyways, 1 pound down this week as I haven't been feeling up to cooking or anything. Please pray for me and everyone who has breast cancer, thanks.

gonna have fruit, jello and applesauce to make it easier on my throat. not going to worry about diet today.
