On ORLISTAT Why am I gaining weight this week :(
I am taking Orlistat to aid weight loss , I have been eating around 1000 cals and average 15g fat per day.. I have been losing weight but this week only three days in and I have put on 2.5lb. Anyone used Orlistat before and know what average weight loss with this per week should be

Anyone else got 60-70lbs to lose- also taking Orlistat
Hi Im closer to 40 than 30..shhhh and I am trying to get things beack in shape , I have 70lb to lose (Im 17 stone ) and would love a diet buddy to chat to every couple of days no one round me (except me ) thinks I can do it which isnt very motivating
I started orlistat last week to help with the weight loss so am on a low fat / low calorie diet

What a fab idea, my motivation is Ian Somerhalder I have lovely pics of him on my fridge and yes I know I won't get him and I know it's not real but for me the idea that I could get to a stage where I feel as fabulous as he looks in TVD that's enough for me ...

Help needed with RDI
Hi I'm not new to FS but will be using it differently now. I have been over 15stone since giving up smoking when I hit 17 stone a few weeks ago knew I had to do something different.
Last year we have 4 close family deaths and I ate, and ate because I couldn't cope .
I have numerous health issues including fibromyalgia, arthritis and back issues,high bp etc.. so I find exercise very hard .I want to exercise more to tone all the jiggly bits I'm getting as I approach 40
so need to get some weight off.
FS set my RDI to 2200 so I lowered it to 1900 .My question is I am only managing 1100-1200 cals a day, my average fat daily is 15g , carbs 188g and protein 31g is that ok for weight loss or is it too low.. Am I supposed to stick to 1900 or is it 500 less than that.. Very confused with the whole numbers thing..lol..
I aim to loose 70lbs to feel happier and also healthier, I have three special needs kids with autism and more and find keeping up with them hard and it's getting worse so need to do it now..
Also I have seen posts about FI for a few hours but what is FI...
Sorry for the overload of questions but I need to get this right so I know I can maintain it
