So glad today about my blood pressure. It was 125 over 75 after a 34 minute walk at the Y.
Went on from there to breakfast and work at the boat including vacuuming.
Energy level is coming up all the time and I am eating more so I don't go into "starvation" mode.

Am really following Atkins very closely. I seem to have more energy but did not loose any "inches" and very little weight.
Am I not eating enough?
Maybe I am expecting too much?

Glad to see the sun shine so the yard work can get underway.
Got back to the Y for walking today.
I keep telling myself " you can do this".
By Thursday I can do more once my eye surgery is checked and I get the okay.

I really should have said, modified Atkins, so as not to discourage others from it. I have done so many different things to lose weight that I have lost track of them all.
I agree with you, when followed exactly it works very well.
