Went to the gym yesterday. Didn't over do it though. Checked the scale this morning and I'm down 2 pounds. I should be back to pre vacation weight by monday next week. I'll weigh in on Saturday to make it official.
Off to the gym again tonight...won't push things until next week...

Hi Everyone..I'm back! Thanks for all your well wishes while I was away. I had a great time just hanging on the beach and drawing circles in the sand. I did manage to eat only 2 meals a day on average. I usually had a SB replacement meal in the AM and then a little snack before dinner (lf cheese) and then some wine with dinner. I did well, avoided all carbs..no bread no potatoes no pasta etc. The only time I did fall was on the very last day, we went to Disney W. and did Epcots food and wine festival. I had a slice of pizza from Italy and a perogie from Poland. Then I had a REALLY big drink (margarhita) at dinner. After shelpping around DW I really needed it. Anyway, I gained 3 lbs on this and it was totally worth it. My clothes still fit great so its really just a matter of a week or two and I'll be back down. I did come home with a nasty cold so I'm not working out until Wed. I still have a fever at night and I don't want to push it.

Right now I'm doing some last minute laundry before I go. I've been very good with all my carbs and I lost another pound. I had a glass of wine last night for my kick off vacation dinner, but I didn't have lunch yesterday so I lost instead of gained. I'm going to try to have only 2 meals each day...it just seems easier for me while on holiday.
I won't have a scale so I'm going to watch how my clothes are fitting to make sure I'm not gaining.
I'll check in on Saturday next week and say hi and tell you all about it...
