Don't worry Sheri - I don't do it all the time. Half the time I walk on the treadmill because I hate sweating. I think that's why I like swimming - I'm already wet so I can't tell that I'm sweating Smile

circuit training, gotcha!! I've used calisthetics and weight training since there is some lifting in it. All I know is that I have to pause the DVD at least once to stop gasping, and am usually sweating for an hour after! Love them!

Biggest Loser Workout DVDs
I've used several of these as well as some Jillian Michaels ones. What should I categorize them under? There are weightlifting parts, calisthetics and cardio so I have no idea how to estimate how much I'm burning! The one from today she kept calling it HIIT so I know I burned a lot, but I don't know how to measure that. Anyone else have an idea of what they do?
