A month in the making

If it were me I would do the same thing. Don't do anything that's going to set you back if your not comfortable with it don't do it. No one that chooses to do something would so something uncomfortable like that especially with people that you hardly know. Picture your self think about that after affect if you did go out that walk with her if it were me most likely not saying definitely it would set me back and make me a bit depressed. So don't you feel guilty at all. if you do better walking alone you do that or if you know some one that has you best interest at heart, if it wont benefits you don't do it you have to look out for you not then because I bet there not think that much about it so neither should you.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Well I thought it would be to stressful weighing my self everyday so I weight myself every Friday morning as soon as I get out of bed. and that seems to work well for me not to much pressure but it's hard to stay motivated when Saturday nights come around. So what do you guys highly recommend as to staying focus throughout the week.
