Wow the last couple of days has been uneventful since I had to take some time off from my walking but My eating has been more on track. My official weigh in is tomorrow(fingers crossed) hoping I did a good job this week and went down. Made some nice spicy veg soup, turned out really good. Hope I can get back to walking tomorrow!!

Feeling down today, went for a walk and my muscles were sore which made the walk difficult. I will not walk for a couple of days to ease my muscles. Weigh in today with only a 0.6 loss, I'm not complaining but I feel I could have done better if I could have stayed under 1200 cal/day, Oh well keep it moving. I will miss the walk tomorrow it helps clear my mind.

continuing my challenge for the 4th day now, walking for 33 min which is about 1.44 mile :-) happy about my presistance with walking even though it's not always easy. For the past couple of days I have been going over my set calories of 1200 a day, I wonder if that has to do with the increase in exercise? I'll just keep going and wait to see if I have any results at the end of this challenge.
