Had a good day yesterday, I didn't walk in the park yesterday but I did eat condiderably less calories that I expected which I'm happy about. I didn't worrie about trying to consume the extra calories as long as I didn't feel hungery.

flopprd yesterday, all went well until I woke up for no reason at 1am while tring to get back to sleep I decided to read a little thats when I started to crave and lose control because I was tired. I had 2 peanutbutter sandwiches (without jelly at least). I had a good day prior, with walking 1.12 miles in the park, low cal for breakfast and lunch so by 8pm I was at 900 cals used with 600 to go. I was worried I would miss those calories and tomorrow I would be really hungery all day, so I threw in the soup and sweet potatoes to make up the needed calories. oh well to day is another day....Moving forward and learning things constantly about me :-0

No walk in the park for me yesterday, it was raining cat's and dogs... stayed within my calorie limits although Yesterday was semi-stressful. My goal today is to Juice for 2 meals and eat a nutritious dinner.

If I have to say so my self, I'm so proud of me. I've been doing well with keeping my calories at a set limit, although I get mild cravings I have been able to make wise choices. (Soo HAPPY about that!). Walking in the park in less strenious and I'm hoping by next week to add another 250 steps. I feel great and I have more energy and im not tired allthe time. I have even noticed the difference in how my clothes fit. Thank you GOD!

not bad today, I was really impressed with the weigh in this morning although I know I worked hard and deserved it :-). went for a walk with my husband in the mall, we walked for 1 1/2 hours and it hardly felt like it. It was a lot easier than walking in the park where I usually get my heart rate excellerated (which I like better) but this was a good start for my recovering muscles tomorrow is back to the park for the real work out!!
