I haven't weighed since the last time i was on. I can feel the difference in the little bit that i've lost, and i'm too scared to look at the scale. I'm just keeping the good feeling i have. I've measured and i have lost a few inches. The Victoza has been helping my glucose readings a lot. I've been under 100 most of the time since starting it. I felt so good when i seen the replies to my last entry. Thank all of you so much. That's why i stay on here. The uplifting words of support mean more than anything else right now.

It's almost bedtime and I don't feel like it at all. I've had a few good days with following my diet plan. I have lost weight, which makes me happy. I can't remember if I talked on here about the Victoza shot that i'm taking for my diabetes, with the side of diet control. It has helped my blood sugar numbers so good. I've had a couple of the side effects, but not too bad. I need to learn how to ignore what I tell myself about snacking. I was able to go outside and do a little work in the yard and rose bed. The sun felt so good and there was no wind to deal with.

I've started a new drug to help control my glucose numbers. It's also for weight loss. It seems to be working in both areas of my life. My glucose numbers have been doing very good since on the full dose. I'm getting blood work done this week to check all my organs, to make sure everything is working like it should be. I'm really praying that everything is good, because it's helping me in both areas I need it. I would just about do anything to lose the weight that my body can't stand holding onto any longer. I wish everyone the best of luck at what you're working on.

I don't know what is wrong with me when it comes to losing this weight. I keep telling myself and others that I have to lose it, for my health and so I can watch my grandchildren grow up. I am so far behind on seeing my friends's posts. I seen Jovial was having a hard time with snacking in Jan. and I have that problem, only in the night hours. I started a diabetic shot that helps with my blood sugar and its also a weight loss helper. I've been on it a week and a half now. If I could just start the exercises for at least a couple days of the week.
