I'm a married mom of one 17 month old. I'm 32 (almost 33) years old and have been gaining weight at a steady pace since college. I do love to play sports and be outside. Getting motivated has been a huge issue for me as I seem to sabotage any and all attempts to lose weight. My daughter and my husband are my life, so any and all workouts have to be quick and to the point. I am on day 24 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred...it makes me sweat!
