I failed to meet my October target by 2kg. I'll take it though, after all the drama of the past two weeks.

Today is day 13 of up and downs, things are looking up though (including my weight lol).I will be back to beast mode soon, melting the kilos away.

12 days since my last 10km walk 5km jog... 3 days to go before my next ones. Come rain or shine, broken back or broken neck... Im on it. 😤

Managed to complete a 10 minute walk plus a 5 minute jog on the treadmill with no issues, the knee feels better.I hurt my back doing an over head press with the warm up weights though. I didn't do too much damage because I packed it all in immediately. The next 7 days Wil be focused on the treadmill every other day and letting my back heal.

It's true that u can't have ur cake and eat it. I've been off the hinges since I hurt my knee on Tuesday... And the cake I'm having is Mozart from Chateaux Gateaux😋...on top of their Swiss Carrot cake😋👌🏿
