Shin splints...
I'm with Peppymint. I had horrible shin splints till I moved to Vibrams. Couldn't even walk 1/2 mile without my shins hurting.
I switched to Vibrams and things changed. Taking small steps, to build up the muscles long neglected, I have recently run a 4 mile chip timed run in 46 min.
That's from zero to a 4 mile run in less that a year. (with a decent time)
I'm not a doctor or a trainer, but Vibrams solved my shin problems.

any people who are not tempted?
My secret is to always be on the lookout for ways to cut calories, without denying my most cherished cravings. I always plan my splurges.
What do i crave the most? Bread, chocolate and crab legs. But I keep consumption moderated.
I eat the lowest calorie bread I can find and keep other breads to a minimum. I will still occasionally have a hot fresh dinner roll.
I still eat chocolate, but instead of sitting down with a bag of Hershey's kisses, I'll now have a Godiva truffle a couple of times a week.
And finally crab legs. These were always in moderation anyway. There is a place not far from me with an all you can eat crab legs special. I plan for it at least a week ahead of time and then gorge. But crab legs really aren't that horrible for you, as long as you moderate the butter
I used to really crave Long John Silvers. I went for ~3 months without when I first changed my diet. Then I planned a splurge. When I did finally decide I could afford the trip, I did it and found that it was no where near as good as I remembered it to be. I have not craved it since.
One glazed doughnut is not horrible calorie wise. It's under 200 cal. When I am faced with the choice (which is thankfully not everyday) I either work it into the days calories or I decide it's not worth it and walk away.
And btw, I have as of today hit my goal of 180. A total of 55 lbs gone. What I'm doing may not work for anyone else, but it's working great for me

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???
I agree with fluffynotfat and focus33.
Your food journal indicates that your daily average food intake for this month so far is 704kcal. Eating 704 kcal per day is going to make your body do weird things since you are essentially starving it.
Bring that number up. I've heard the number 1200 passed around a lot to keep a body from going into starvation mode. I try to keep it higher than that, but that's just me.
My biggest advice is to make sure that the calories consumed is less than the calories burned. However, always try to consume at least 1200, to keep your body from starvation mode.

peanut butter
I'm also a fan of PB2. One "trick" I use, because I like the taste of the sweeter Jif like PB, is to add a little splenda to the PB2. This helped the taste a lot.
