Calorie Breakdown
I like to look at what my daily calorie breakdown ends up being, but don't know what to shoot for. Does anyone know what a "good" daily calorie breakdown looks like? What % carbs vs protein vs fat?

Logging Exercise - Resting vs Sitting
Just recently bought a Polar 300x. I did some fitness tests at my gym to determine different heart rate zones and calories burned. Using the results of the tests they were able to program the the heart rate monitor so it acurately tracks calories burned. I have no idea what they did though...I'm just trusting they did it right. I really like it though. It's nice to have the calories and heart rate on one screen. My previous was one of the most basic Polar ones you could get (FS3 I think).

Logging Exercise - Resting vs Sitting
I completely overlooked the desk work option! Thanks! I'm still pretty new to the site and haven't been using the exercise log because of the overestimation, but I recently (today) learned I could log my own calories by selecting "Other" (my heart rate monitor is programed to track my calories).
