Although I just started using FatSecret, I have been dieting/exercising since January 1, 2012 (this go around at least LOL). I have kep the positive attitude and momentum going, however just started getting frustrated with my progress, as far as visually seeing my progress. I know my muscles are getting stronger and more defined, however what I am frustrated with is the slow progress of losing the layer of fat that is covering the muscles (specifically in the stomach and arm area). I decided that my workout routine is exactly that, too routine. I decided to start changing it up, keeping the cardio everyday, but after that working on one specific area each day (instead of doing weights for my arms everyday). Yesterday I did my normal cardio, and then worked my lower body (legs, butt, stomach). Hopefully if I keep that change in my routine I will start to see some more results a little quicker.
