Although I just started using FatSecret, I have been dieting/exercising since January 1, 2012 (this go around at least LOL). I have kep the positive attitude and momentum going, however just started getting frustrated with my progress, as far as visually seeing my progress. I know my muscles are getting stronger and more defined, however what I am frustrated with is the slow progress of losing the layer of fat that is covering the muscles (specifically in the stomach and arm area). I decided that my workout routine is exactly that, too routine. I decided to start changing it up, keeping the cardio everyday, but after that working on one specific area each day (instead of doing weights for my arms everyday). Yesterday I did my normal cardio, and then worked my lower body (legs, butt, stomach). Hopefully if I keep that change in my routine I will start to see some more results a little quicker.

I've been feeling very lethargic lately, mostly in the afternoons after my workout (I generally do my workout between 1-3pm daily). I feel that I have a pretty well balanced diet, and allow myself the indulgences, but the lack of energy is really getting to me. I am going to try a Hi-Protein meal replacement shake tomorrow and see if that changes my energy level (my employer swears by it and she is a hardcore workout person). This particular shake is made "For Her" and says it will "Increase Energy, Beat Hunger, Use as a Meal or Snack, All-In-One Nutrition"... so I will post tomorrow the results!

Had a bad weekend. Ordered out dinner on Friday night (Chaba Thai) and Sunday night (Cuban Crocodile). Also had hot salami, cheese, provolone stuffed olives, stuffed peppers, and bread!
