I skipped the run yesterday because I could not pass up the absolutely GORGEOUS weather outside... so I went for a bike ride on the boardwalk with my sister. It's definitely nowhere near the level of intensity that I need for my daily workout, but figured I needed to take advantage of it at least for one day. Today, back to the treadmill, regardless of the weather outside (PS - I am not an outdoors runner which is why I did not just run on the boardwalk instead!).

Obviously Saturday was a major cheat day, and although I went over my RDI for the day, there were MANY things that I passed up (cookies, donuts, etc.) even though people were telling me one bite wasn't a big deal. I'm pretty happy with the motivation and dedication I have to this diet, because in the past I would've just not cared for that entire day bc it would be too hard to keep track, and I most likely wouldn't want to see the damage I have done LOL
Now it's Monday, back to the grind, and burning off all that delicious corned beef!!!!!!
