This is my start pic (5-10-19) and a pic from 6 weeks ago at the gym. I was out of work for 5 weeks with Covid and am hoping to get back at it Monday.
That is an 80 pound difference.

Yesterday was an ok day. I went over budget on calories by less than 200 so not too bad. I did drink all my water for the day and but only 5k steps. Today will be a better day!. TGIF
