First salad in a long time; I was burned out on eating my leaves. Tri-tip and bacon added for extra goodness.

Looks like I've broken that stubborn 295-300 place that my body was happy with. It's been a push and my keeping the carbs low, I've broken through it. The next one is at 280 as I was there for quite a while.

Finally a drop. I was begining to think October was going to be a plateau month but thankfully it won't be. I'm a bit behind on my 10 pounds per month goal and want to catch up.

another satisfying small plate lunch. blue cheese olives this week with marcona almonds, and two kinds of mozzerella.
