Father of 3! Happily taken for over 13 years now. Finally after so many years of just existing I said to myself why not me? Why can't I be healthy and feel good about my appearance again. It took seeing some photos at my son's birthday to finally put everything into perspective. Since then I'm down more than 70 lbs with the help of this app, family members & a close friend. It takes a village to get back to where we want to be. Never feel alone as this app has a large community of great people. Who are either currently going through the same things or that have in the past. There's no magic pill or diet that will make this easy! It's an every day battle! My mantra has always been one meal at a time; one day at a time! You didn't gain all of the weight in one meal and won't lose it that way either. Remember you are what you tell yourself you are. Be kind to yourself and understand this is a life style change. Not just a diet... GOOD luck and stay strong fellow FS family.

Update : In maintenance living life day to day! Just trying to become a better person all around. This app was a blessing in disguise. I'm almost certain I wouldn't have accomplished the goals I have without it. Just here to share my story and helps others in need.
