Beginners arm workout wanted
Whenever I want to concentrate on a specific problem area. Usually my stomach... I always find new and helpful instructions on youtube. I've tried the 5 minute arms or Flabby arms: toning. I was very happy with those results. You can also use weights or bands but if you dont have those things... these simple workouts help! Good luck!

What is the deal with Net kCal???
My daily calorie intake is set at 1000 calories. Ive logged everything I ate and my exercise today so far... which hasn't been much. I'll update after a nightly bike ride... but anyway!! Why do I have a green arrow and a Net Cal of over 1000??? Is this were it should be?
I'm confused!
