Scales down just in time for the weekend...8-) So, let's see if I can keep it down. That will be a challenge for sure.

Trying to wean myself off of Caffeine..hoping that will help some. I've also started using flaxseed to help with my digestive system. I've actually started feeling pretty good. So, we'll see how that goes.

lost so far: 1.8 lb

still to go: 11.8 lb

I might as well fess up. Scales is not cooperating at all. I'm not out of control and I just can't get motivated to be in wt. loss mode.

Scales slowly coming down from vacation. I was at 151 on Monday! Talk about scary for me. I don't want to see that number or the one I just posted but 150 was my wt not to ever go over again. I'll do it again...I've just got to get that motivation back again.

Scales up due to vacation. I have gotten it down 2.5 lbs. from Monday so it might have been water weight. Well, I hope so anyways. I won't post my weight for a while. 8-(
