Okay...day 2 of Cycle 2. I hope to see some changes in the scales or I'm really going to be discouraged. I've been too busy to really read about cycle 2 except for the menus so I hope I'm doing everything I should be doing. I know I need to change up the menu but just haven't had the time. Now I hope I can survive the weekend. At least tomorrow is a activate day!

Weekends are so hard...but I have been doing better than what I would have been doing before starting this diet. So I can't wait until Thursday so I can go to next cycle. I hope I get some change in the scales as I am pretty frustrated right now. I didn't get that great loss to encourage me to go on. I hope I see some change soon. Total wt. loss since on the 17 Day Diet is 3.6 lbs....not the 10 I was hoping for.

Day 12 on the 17 Day Diet...going into the weekend. I struggled last weekend so I'm going to try and do better this weekend. Our grandson's 3rd birthday party is tomorrow and sweets are my downfall. I really hope I can stay away from it.

I really am feeling pretty good. Not losing a lot but I think I am feeling a change in the waistline a little. In a pair of jeans that I was really uncomfortable in several months ago. I have to do blood work next weekend so we'll see how my cholesterol is...we'll see??

Thank goodness this is Friday..it's been a bad work week. Glad I have a few days to do what I WANT to do.
