STAMINA HAS INCREASED GREATLY
WALKING AROUND BLOCK 1/3 MILE IS GETTING EASIER
FREE WEIGHTS ARE WORKING WELL - LIFING WEIGHT INCREASED FROM 20 TO 30 POUNDS
SHOULDER PAIN DECREASING WITH EXERCISE
CLEAR HEADED AND NOT HUNGRY FROM CARNIVORE DIET.

Mowed front and back and side of yard - 2full hours ... longest exercise in over 3 years!!
VERY PROUD OF MYSELF!!

Also raked leaves and lifted weights

Exercise burned over 1,000 calories and i only had 900 calories today...
A NEGATIVE CALORIES DAY !!
YES!!
