Been seeing this number on the scale for a few days now....was still trying to believe what the scale is telling me is true 😆. Finally in double digits 🥳💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

It's been a hectic 2 months with so many progressive changes happening. Haven't worked out much, haven't watched what I eat much and relied on my new eating habits to get me through all this. I was so scared to jump on the scale.... I thought I gained though my clothes told me different. I am grateful its 0.5kg down 💃🙏🏽
Then this happened, so I recently had to get a new phone because my old one's screen cracked. After I saw the 0.5 kg loss, I wanted to log into my fatsecret app to log it and somehow forgot my account details and entered the ones I seem to have used in 2013....on my weight it showed 143kg as current weight...I was like "wait a minute, did I accidentally log into someone else's account?" when I looked at the username, I recognized it as an old account I had in 2013. I was 151kgs at my heaviest then 😱😱!!! I have come SUCH a long way and didn't even realise it!!!!!! It's the encouragement I needed....this lifestyle change has been gradual and sometimes discourageing BUT it's been progressive for so long 🤸🏽🤸🏽
I remembered the issues I used to have back then:
Sleep apnea - gone ✅️
Pre diabetes - gone ✅️
High blood pressure - gone ✅️

I've been feeling so demoralized about the slowness of my weight drop. It can be very disheartening to put in so much effort, make so many sacrifices and when you jump on the scale, it's like you have done nothing.
But then again...even more reason to never want to go through this process once I reach my goal weight. When will I ever see double digits on my scale? At this rate.....it may only be in 6 months time 😂😄. I surely hope not that long, but I'm in this for the long haul, so it's ok 😁
