I've had a consistent way of eating and working out and I realised last week I needed to adjust certain things about how I ate and exercise. This journey is honestly a learning process for me and I appreciate that. I will keep trying not to have a rigid way of doing things and adjust when needed.

After 2 months of consistent training, I was FORCED to take a week off due to persistent aches & pains from my training. I watched what I ate and slept enough. 1.7 kilos down! Oh my goodness! I still have alot to learn about my body, clearly
