A little bit about me.
Redoing the bio a bit here:
I'm 31 live on Vancouver Island, Canada.
I've always been up and down on weight all my life, but am currently at my heaviest.
I am adapting a Health At Every Size (HAES) attitude and do not believe in Crash Dieting.
Rather moderately reducing calories so that you don't really know you're on a diet. Losing weight may take longer this way, but you're assured not to gain it back and then you're truly living and not worrying about every crumb you eat.
I don't place any type of food on a BAD list.
I do prefer a mainly vegetarian diet, but I don't put meat on a "No go" list because I don't believe in labelling ANY food that way.
That goes with cookies and other stuff.
I don't have them in my house, but they're not on a bad list.
Food is suppose to nourish and support you, don't view any of it as bad. Just see it for what it is.
