I'm 34 years old and trying this once again. I've fought my weight (mostly failing) my entire life. I lost 200 pounds a couple of years ago and have put it right back on so I'm starting over, older, more tired, and much discouraged. I do like having the Fat Secret app on my phone, however. It makes it much more game-like and convenient to keep track of my eating and exercising. I'm suffering from chronic knee pain so I don't do a lot of exercising unfortunately. I can no longer walk for fitness and can only pedal my recumbent bike on the lowest resistance. I cannot swim for fitness as the kicking motion is extraordinarily painful and causes days of even more painful inflammation. I'm just generally depressed, aggravated, and repulsed that I've gotten back to this level again. I've only been here a week though and things are getting brighter, so here goes!
