I hat a bad couple of weeks where I cheated on my keto diet slightly. With a couple cookies and a couple slices of pizza and a couple glasses of milk over a two week span... Heck I even ate a candy bar one day(It was so tasty) I didn't gain any weight and I still lost a pound but in my book it was pretty much a two week stall and would have ended badly if I kept on that track. I am back on the horse and have not had any cheat days this week. I have managed to stay under my target carb intake. Yesterday I was about 10 carbs under. I have that keto taste in my mouth so I think I am finally back into keto. I have been drinking so much water too. Yesterday I had 72 oz of water. I have NEVER been one to drink water unless I eat out. I have only had two glasses of milk in over a month. Every other sip of liquid has been water or coffee. Mostly water. That alone is a huge triumph for me. I didn't log in my food journal for the weeks I was a bad girl and I think that aided in my cheating.. I plan to weight myself at the end of the week because my goal is to be down 3 pounds this week to hit the 210 mark, and I would LOVE to be down to 199 by the 1st of March. I need to exercise more but I always gain weight when I exercise so I am a tad bit scared to start.

I started on keto a month ago. I have been cheating a little the last week and a half so my weight loss has slowed down, well really it has stopped for the most part. My calorie intake is pretty low so it is just a stall. I hope to get back on track tomorrow. My goal is to loose 3 pounds next week so that I will get down to 210. I am really wanting to get out of the 200's by the end of the month. It has been 8 years since I last saw my weight in the 100's. Although I have done a teeny bit of cheating it hasn't been on sweets. I drank a couple glasses of raw milk, and I had a bit of chips and salsa twice and a slice of pizza twice. oops. I can say that I feel more hungry when I sway off the path so I am going to try harder to stay keto. I also noticed my face break out once I came out of keto and I don't like that. A pound lost is still a pound lost but it is not my ideal loss for a two week span.
