I'm a 59 yr. old business professional with 50 pounds to lose. I spend much of my day at a desk, so have started walking to get some exercise along with calisthentics early in the morning to build strength and endurance.
I'm a single mother of 4 adult children, who have terrific lives of their own. I'm close with all of them though three of them live far away from me.
I have a pretty positive outlook on life, and enjoy working in my yard, sewing, and reading. I'm a social person and enjoy many loyal friendships.
I have always had difficulty losing weight and keeping it off. I really want this method of reframing my eating habits to work, so I'm giving it my best effort. I have the support of my son-in-law who is a professional nutritionist, and that really helps. I have someone to confer with when I need help balancing my intake.
