저탄고지 식단을 시작하고 쌀밥도 잘 안당기는 입맛으로 변했지만
내가 좋아하는 햄버거, 피자, 나초칩같은것이 강하게 당길때가 있다.
이런 경우는 보통 식사때 지방을 충분히 섭취하지 않았을때 생기고,
한번 이런 고탄수 식사를 하면 몸이 탄수를 점점 더 원하게 되는 부작용이 있다.
하지만 먹고싶은 음식은 먹어야 하니까 편법으로 먹고싶은날엔 그냥 먹고 탄수화물 기준 초과량만큼 그 다음 날에 탄수화물을 적게 먹었다. 그랬더니 살이 계속 잘 빠졌다.
이것을 할수있는 것은 기준보다 더 탄수화물을 적게 먹어도 내 포만감과 만족감은 줄지 않는다는걸 알기 때문이었다.
