Hi my name is Karen. I can't believe I let myself get this heavy. The last time I did weight watchers I was 60 lbs less than my starting point this time. I've been doing really good as far as sticking to the plan and I keep track of everything I eat. Now that I have the eating part down I'm going to start exercising. I agree. I quit keeping track of my points and just stay under my calorie limit for the day and I've been doing great. As long as you enter everything you eat you'll lose weight.
