Here's the plan: Reduce caloric intake below weight gain threshold and exercise. I love how easy this program makes it to do, especially with the Droid phone app. I am not going to cheat, because it is only cheating myself. Those 74 pounds have held me prisoner for far too long. I pledge to remember that NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!
