I am married with 4 grown children and raising 3 grandchildren. I own my own business..A New Dawn Real Estate Services, and process short sales through out the nation. I love to sing (Worship Team at Church), read (any time I can) and act (usually at church for holiday presantations and skits). I am committed to losing weight and keeping it off this time. I have varied in weight through out my life time, from down right skinny to grossly obese. I goal is to lose 100 lbs!!!

Low Carb breakfast Help
I have had salads with bacon and some cheese in the morning and I enjoy the change up. There is also the pepper sausage bake..the receipe is on the atkins site and it is really good.

Just getting started and in need of support and tips
I really am liking Atkins and I have done WW. For me eating the sugars trigger cravings for more. I don't crave the sugar and breads like I did with WW. Also another plus for me is I am allowed more in the way of fats. I do crave the fats but on Atkins I don't ever feel deprived!! I will be glad to help motivate you and hope for teh same in return!!

It Happened!
I have been feeling pretty ogood this first 6 days and have lost 5lbs. I do snack on veggies and have actually had supper really late several days. It didn't seem to impact my loss.
