Woke at 241.4, up .2 from yesterday. I actually did eat over my calorie target, so this is expected. Back to the grind today as I work at home. I think my Fitbit is starting to degrade. It did not record activity for the second half of the day yesterday and for the first half of today. I recharged it and will review. I have an Apple Watch waiting in the wings, but I have not started using it yet. If I can align that with my Fitbit stats, I may convert to using it.

I woke at 241.2, the same as yesterday despite a 1300-calorie low-carb day. My body is being stubborn, but it will give up the weight loss! I am on my way to a business lunch.
