I've been sick. That's why I haven't recorded any food entries. I can remember what I ate because I haven't eaten very much. The positive is that I've lost weight. Not the healthiest way to do it but it is the end result nonetheless. I'm going to get into the gym tomorrow.

Whatever is for dinner will be bad tonight. Had a tooth removed.
