I Can't believe tomorrow I'll be turning 68 years old!! Which doesn't bother me one bit, not like when I turned 30 I cried all day and got myself sick 🤢not these days 🥳 LoL, as the years Rolled on I accepted my age and embarrassed it.
One thing that bothered me was that I've been battling my weight for years and realized that it's going to be a life long journey, because if I give up the fight I'll only get bigger....... LoL 🤣 and that's what I do not want. So here I am with all you beautiful people and we are fighting this fight Together. Have a great day!! So tomorrow I will enjoy my 68th Birthday. 🎉🎂🥳March 27,1956 - March 27, 2024

just food for thought! I've had stomach pains for years now and lately I had a blood clot in my leg pretty scary stuff. that was a few weeks ago. I also had blood work done and my results came back that I wasn't getting the right nutrients from my food! Impossible I said I've been eating the best in my life. My doctor said to try this.
1. drink water a half hour before you eat.
2. After your meal wait one full hour to drink again. I took his advice and went back for another blood test. To my amazement my body got the all the nutrients from my food.
3. Bottom line was by drinking while eating my food was being diluted, no matter how nutritional my meal was.
Take Away: at first I found it almost impossible to not drink while eating, but I'm doing it every day now and thriving 🥳
