So dropped 200 calories for this week. Been feeling progressively more tired as the week has gone on. Will see what the scales say tomorrow before deciding where to next.

Going to have a lean week for the rest of the week. 2300 calories. Still not happy with the amount of chest fat I have despite being mostly ok elsewhere apart from maybe a little waist fat that i'd like to get rid of.

I've decided that rather than try to work out what's going on with my weight I'm going to continue to eat and exercise as I'm currently doing and see where it goes. When I start to plateau (I was losing 1.5kg's a week at 2200 calories and now seem to be losing 600 grams a week on 2500 calories)I will start from there.
