I started this back in September following a gallstone procedure. I was determined to change my eating habits and become a healthier woman. I stopped logging daily, switching it up to weekly for the weigh-ins and kept a paper diary which was easier for me. I did well - at the beginning of October I weighed in a 298 - while still a HUGE number, I couldn't tell you how happy I was. I continued to watch my weight through October but stopped losing: not enough exercise, and my doctor found a low thyroid issue. We corrected it. In early November...despite a lifetime of being told I could not conceive...I got pregnant. So my weight loss plans are on hold until baby arrives. I'll be back after the happy day :)))
