New and looking for support buddies
Hi K - not sure how great a motivator I am because I'm kind of new to the whole dieting thing, but am happy to send a buddy request. I was previously fairly fit rough weightlifting and powerlifting for quite a few years. After a back injury, I've struggled to get my fitness levels back, but am now on the right track. Now just need to adjust my food intake and drop another 57 lbs! Char

resistance bands
I had an older resistance band snap on me. Could have been serious! I have some that are fabric covered now so if they snap, it stays inside the fabric sleeve. I have 3 different colours that are different tensile strengths and use them a lot in my home workouts and my travels.

Rowing
Shape magazine has a great activity calorie counter. I search their site then use the 'other' feature on the fat secret exercise counter. I just wish there was a way to save it into your favorites. Good luck on your program!

Hilarious - the one that always kills me is bad form. If you can't lift, pull, or push without using your whole body to swing it into place, you're not doing yourself any good
