I'm 39 & have struggled with my weight for 18 years. My doctor recommended the South Beach Diet to me & I am looking forward to dropping the pounds. I have set myself up with a small goal for now so as not to get discouraged...Once I reach my first goal, then I will set a new goal!

Diet Calendar
The Diet Calendar although a good idea is not accurate at all. It is putting the calories at a higher rate than they actually are on the packaging that I have. This is very frustrating. Not only that, but some of the things that I would eat are not in the list of choices.
Guess I will just continue with my offline diet journal!
