The pound that I gained I have lost. YAH! Gotta love those stixs. I don't know why I gained that pound, but I'm glad it's off.

Diet followed reasonably well

I am so committed to my WOE/WOL. I am so proud of myself. I can see my mind set changing. It really isn't about food, it's about what's on the inside. I made me fat, I take full responsibilty (can't spell) for my actions. Boot Campers are talking in my ear all the time. It is so easy now to make the correct choices about my TC. I LOVE BOOT CAMP!
I will weigh in tomorrow and see if that 1 pound came off. I am in ketosis so I'm not worried. I am burning fat.

Today is all about me. I'm gonna enjoy the nice weather were having. Sun, sun, and more sun. That's the way I Love to spend my day.

I am up 1 pound from Thursday. I'm not very concerned because I tested and I'm still in Ketosis. I don't know what the problem is, maybe it's water weight? I know I'm still burning fat!

It is so nice outside. I sweated up a storm. I'm gonna drink alot more water today than 1/2 my body weight. WASH THAT FAT AWAY!!!!
