I went to do a little shopping this evening at Trader Joe's. I needed to replenish my Gluten Free Foods. I got some interesting foods this time. Since I am also doing dairy free, I got some Tofutti Better than cream cheese. I also bought a loaf of brown rice flour bread...wow that loaf weighs about 3 pounds. When I was doing South Beach, you could always tell which all grain or whole wheat bread had the most fiber and was the best because it weighed the most....we'll see on this. I'm planning to just use it for toast. I also got GF Ginger Snaps. I had some tonight for my dessert after dinner and they are quite yummy. I bought some red Quinoa and hope to learn to cook something great with it. It is a good form of fiber as well as protein and I am running low on protein.

I have stuck to this way of eating to a tee...but the weight is being VERY stubborn. When I first started it, I lost right away and then gained back a few...now nothing is budging, UGH!!
