Ok, we all have to work damn hard to change the way our newby is feeling and thinking. I am going to work on a challenge for her and hope all of you will join in for support. Newby this is the last time you are going to talk that way about yourself, things can change but you cannot do it alone. We are all here to help each other and we have your back. I weighed 126.7 not so long ago and I am loosing for the first time in 10 years. You can do it and you will. Today I want you to look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself "I am beautiful" I am Sexy" and am sure as hell "worth it!!!!!! xx

Hi there, firstly I think what hubby said was wrong cause if he loved you he would love you the way you are. My first opinion. Secondly I saw your pic and think you are beautiful and do not need to change a thing. Thirdly, do you feel that you are eating too much or were you just hungry? If you have increased your eating habits something is wrong. It is either emotional or medical. Have you given it any thought?

HIGH CARB DAY
Didn't prepare any food for today so I am having far to much carbs today, will have only spinach for dinner. It should fix it.
