Weigh in day in Florida. After two days in Spain, 8 days on the cruise, and 1 week in Florida not following the program. Still, when I came home from the cruise I was even heavier on the home scale so there is that. I am now home, and 1 lb over my goal weight on my own scale. I haven't been this high since I made goal in May of 2018. I really need to hit the reset button now.

I should have tried harder to be better knowing I would be gone for a month. This weigh in was on vacation in Florida, right before my European cruise. It only gets worse from here. :(

Wow! It was a whirlwind week of airport runs and restaurant meals! My heart and belly were full to bursting! Not one day of tracking - or caring - and amazingly, I only gained 1 pound! Graduation was wonderful. The week was wonderful. My mom was the last to leave today so starting in the morning it is back to normal. Here's to a good week ahead for all.

I wear the same thing to weigh in every week. It is the one constant. This week I could not find my "weigh in dress" and had to wear a different one. It is just a little heavier so the .2 I gained on the WW scale was just the dress. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it!) I think I did pretty well undoing my indulgences of last Saturday. As usual, I am already a little up from weigh in - and that's before the relatives get here for my son's graduation. I think the whole week will be an indulgence but that's okay. I only have one son, and he'll only graduate high school once so here's to the last week of school!!
