Totally off the wagon while my sisters visited and it shows. At least I am still under my goal weight at WW. Weighed in this morning and am starting fresh. Time to get back on track for real.

Followed "reasonably well" is an overstatement, but so is followed "poorly". I think I fell somewhere in the middle. But as usual, a loss is a loss, and I'll take it happily.

I ate poorly - a weight gain was expected. Half a pound is not so bad. Still off track though, so we'll see how this week goes.
