Goal weight
I changed my goal weight this morning. I started out with my overall goal, 100 pounds. I changed it to 25 pounds. I am going to concentrate on my smaller goals to make it to my overall goal of 100 pounds. I think that breaking it down into smaller goals will make it easier for me, kind of overwhelming to look at the big picture.

1 DOWN - 99 TO GO
I also restarted on Jan. 14. I had avoided the scales for months and ate any and very thing that I wanted. I also have 100 pounds to lose. I am watching my calories and trying to exercise. I agree with you we have to concentrate on the small goals!!

Newbie Here!
I have been overweight all of my life. I have realized that I have got to start eating healthy and exercise. I am not going to call this a diet but a lifestyle change, as this is going to take me a long time, as I need to lose about 100 pounds. Could use encouragement, as well as tips from time to time. Would love to be both of your buddies!
