Needing help..
completely give up eating at restaurants. I found it just to hard to diet while eating out. Even the salads are huge with way too many calories (cheese, croutons, breaded fried chicken). Also, I remembered when I was a child, my mom had a big bowl that sat on the table filled with fruit. I tried it, it worked. Rather than head to the pantry for junk food, when I feel the "munchies" I pick up something out of the fruit bowl instead. I never feel guilty over that extra apple or banana that I ate. hope this helps.
