Saturday night. So it’s relax with beef and bean sprouts on vegetable chow Mein. Although the takeaway delivered a tasteless abomination with prawn chow Mein and chips. My wife is allergic to prawns and chips 🍟 are off my menu.
Got that sorted and now a glass of red to finish the night.

I weighed in yesterday and got 102.2 clothed and today in the buff at 101.9 on my home scales.
Either way it is still a gradual loss for which I am happy.
