day 3 of logging. i can see that i consule way less food ow that i m logging and keeping track.
just need to ad the excice. i just walk the dogs 30 min a day. i need to find a good way to actually do excerxies. i tried a few gyms and yoga centers but always too far (25 min drive) and the classes are not at good times

second day using the app.
went over my allowance on day one which is normal as i ate a per usage to have an idea of my intake.
ordered my WTF book and should arrive end of the week.
eating a muffin this am as i had one in fridge and was not going to waste it.. once I have recipe book next week I ll find bread alternative
