bone-in stats question
I would imagine for cuts like ribs or chicken legs or quarters, which are generally purchased and prepared bone-in, the weight would be for raw with bones. I have seen this described as pre-cooked weight.

Eggs
I also hate eggs, but enjoy egg drop soup at a Chinese restaurant. You can add a cracked stirred egg to any boiling broth for a egg drop soup effect.

Losing veryyy fast....

I'm against most anything you swallow, shoot, snort, or rub on your belly to lose weight.
It's a crutch. And no matter how much you think it helps, one day you're going to have to stand on your own two feet and walk on your own.
I agree with you, BUT think of it this way. If someone broke their leg, wouldn't you expect them to use a crutch for a while until they could do better.
I think it is the same way with people who are severely overweight/morbidly obese. If you are over say 300 pounds, and your health is seriously adversely affected by your weight, by all means follow your doctors advice and use the crutch if it helps.
If, however, you are say under 150 lbs, and just vainly trying to get your arse into a smaller swimsuit, exercise makes a lot more sense to me than using crutches.
Just tossing my 2 cents in.
